Delivery & Returns

Our turnaround time is currently 7-14 business days. Please allow up to the 14th business day for your order to arrive. 

We will send your order via a Courier Service or Royal Mail and will supply you with full tracking details via an email so please check your junk inbox as it may go in there.

Delivery prices are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of your order. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any order at anytime.

We truly hope you are happy with your purchase but if for whatever reason you are not, we are happy to offer an exchange or a full refund within 10 days of delivery. (excluding original delivery charge). 

Personalised Products
For items with personalisation options, including any product configurations, image personalisation, text inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, monograms, embroidery, or embossing). Are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

We will arrange whichever you prefer as soon as possible. If you would like to return the item to us please ensure it is protected for its journey, as we can't be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit and we may not be able to refund you. The cost for returning an item if your not happy will be the responsibility of the customer. 

We always check each item before it is sent but should it arrive damaged please contact us within 
24 hours of receipt so we can resolve swiftly for you. We will require photographs of the damages so we can claim back from our couriers.
